🇹🇭 Claude Cowork (Part 3) การย้ายเครื่อง และ Claude ใน Excel
เดินทางมาถึงพาร์ทสุดท้ายของซีรีส์ Claude Cowork แล้วค่ะ ทบทวนกันก่อน: Part 1 เราดูว่า Claude คืออะไร และโหมดต่าง ๆ ของ Claude ทำอะไรได้บ้าง ส่วน Part 2 เราเจาะลึกการใช้ Cowork จริง ทั้งการทำโปรเจกต์ การทำ Skill และการตั้ง Schedule สำหรับพาร์ทนี้จะตอบคำถามที่หลายคนสงสัย — ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนเครื่อง อะไรจะหายไปบ้าง? แถมท้ายด้วยของใหม่มาก ๆ คือ Claude for Microsoft 365 ที่เอา Claude ไปนั่งใน Excel ได้เลยค่ะ (สรุปจากคลิปของช่อง Lin Davoy)
ย้ายเครื่อง: Skill ตามไป แต่ระวังพาธไฟล์
ข่าวดีคือ Skill ต่าง ๆ ที่เรา install ผ่านหน้า Customize จะผูกกับบัญชีของเรา พอย้ายไปเครื่องใหม่มันตามไปได้เลยค่ะ สิ่งที่ต้องระวังจริง ๆ คือ “พาธไฟล์” — ถ้าเครื่องใหม่ไม่มีโฟลเดอร์อยู่ตำแหน่งเดิมที่ Skill หรือโปรเจกต์อ้างถึง สิ่งที่เราทำไว้ก็พังได้นะคะ เพราะฉะนั้นย้ายเครื่องเมื่อไหร่ ให้เช็กโครงสร้างโฟลเดอร์ให้ตรงกับของเดิมด้วย
เปลี่ยนบัญชี: ต้องโหลด .skill ไปลงเอง
อีกเคสที่เจอบ่อยคือคนที่ไม่อยากจ่ายแผน Max $100 แล้วใช้วิธีจ่าย Pro 2 บัญชี ($20 + $20 = $40 ยังถูกกว่า $100) ซึ่งทำได้ค่ะ แต่ Skill จะไม่ตามข้ามบัญชีให้อัตโนมัตินะคะ เราต้องกดดาวน์โหลด Skill ออกมาเป็นไฟล์ .skill ก่อน แล้วไปที่เครื่องหรือบัญชีใหม่ ลากไฟล์เข้าไป add ใหม่ — ลากทั้งแผงทีเดียวหลาย ๆ ไฟล์ก็ได้ค่ะ และเช่นเดิม อย่าลืมเรื่องพาธไฟล์ที่วางไว้ในโปรเจกต์ต่าง ๆ ด้วย

ของใหม่: Claude for Microsoft 365 — น้องนั่งใน Excel ได้แล้ว
อีกตัวที่อยากพามาดูคือ Claude for Microsoft 365 ค่ะ ถ้าเข้าเว็บ claude.ai แล้วมองหาเมนู Get the app เราจะสามารถลงแอป Add-in สำหรับ Excel, PowerPoint, Word และ Outlook ได้ พอเปิด Excel ขึ้นมาจะเห็นน้อง Claude งอกขึ้นมาเป็น Add-on ข้าง ๆ สั่งงานได้เลย เช่น “I want to create a budgeting sheet for a Thai shop” น้องก็สร้างชีตให้เราได้เลยค่ะ หรือถ้ามีไฟล์ Excel ของเราอยู่แล้ว ก็บอกน้องให้ช่วยแก้ตรงนี้ ลบบรรทัดนี้ เปลี่ยนข้อมูลตรงนี้เป็นวันที่ ส่วนใหญ่น้องช่วยได้หมด
Tips เล็ก ๆ: คุยกับน้องเป็นภาษาไทยได้นะคะ แต่ถ้าคุยภาษาอังกฤษน้องจะแอบฉลาดกว่านิดนึง เพราะเหมือนเราเอาฝรั่งมาพูดไทยนั่นแหละค่ะ และต้องบอกไว้ว่าตัว Add-in ใน Excel นี้ยังใหม่มาก ๆ ใครที่ออฟฟิศใช้ Copilot 365 อยู่แล้วรู้สึกเฉย ๆ หรือออฟฟิศไม่จ่าย Copilot แต่จ่าย Claude ก็ลองเอา Claude มาใช้ใน Excel แบบนี้ได้เลย จะใช้ผ่านตัวโปรแกรม Excel ตรง ๆ หรือใช้ผ่าน Cowork ก็ได้เช่นกันค่ะ

🇬🇧 Claude Cowork (Part 3): Moving Machines and Claude in Excel
We have reached the final part of the Claude Cowork series. Part 1 covered what Claude is and its different modes; Part 2 went hands-on with Cowork — projects, Skills, and Schedules. This part answers a common question: what breaks when you move to a new machine? Plus a look at something very new — Claude for Microsoft 365, which puts Claude right inside Excel. Moving machines: Skills follow you, file paths do not
Good news: Skills installed through the Customize page are tied to your account and follow you to a new machine automatically. The real danger is file paths — if the new machine does not have the same folders in the same locations your Skills and projects reference, things you built will break. Whenever you switch machines, recreate the folder structure first.
Switching accounts: export your .skill files
A popular money-saving setup: instead of the $100 Max plan, run two Pro accounts ($20 + $20 = $40). That works, but Skills do not cross accounts automatically. Download each Skill as a .skill file, then drag them into the new account — you can drag a whole batch at once. And again: watch the file paths referenced in your projects.
The new toy: Claude for Microsoft 365
From claude.ai, look for “Get the app” and you can install Claude add-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Open Excel and Claude appears as a side panel — ask it to “create a budgeting sheet for a Thai shop” and it builds the sheet right there, or point it at your existing file to edit rows, fix data, or reformat dates. You can chat in Thai, though English gets slightly sharper results. The add-in is very new, but if your office pays for Claude rather than Copilot 365, this is a genuine alternative — use it inside Excel directly or through Cowork.
