อัปเดตเดือนมิถุนายน 2026 นี้ Microsoft ปล่อยของใหม่ให้ Copilot โดยเฉพาะตัว Copilot Studio ที่ต้องบอกว่าดีขึ้นมาก เรียกได้ว่าลบคำสบประมาทของเวอร์ชันเก่าไปเลยค่ะ คลิปนี้ลินพาไปดูตั้งแต่ที่มาของ Copilot แต่ละแบบ ไปจนถึงการสร้าง Agent และ Workflow ตัวใหม่ที่แทบจะมาแทน Power Automate ได้ (สรุปจากคลิปของช่อง Lin Davoy)

Copilot มีกี่แบบ แล้วต่างกันยังไง?

ย้อนที่มากันก่อน ในยุคที่ GPT ออกมาใหม่ ๆ Microsoft ก็ไปซื้อ GPT มาแต่งตัวใหม่แล้วเรียกว่า Microsoft Copilot เป็นแชทที่พิมพ์ถามตอบได้เหมือน ChatGPT ค่ะ ทีนี้สำหรับใครที่ทำงานในบริษัทที่ใช้ Microsoft 365 หรือ Teams อยู่แล้ว ลินอยากให้ลองใช้ Copilot 365 ที่เว็บ m365.cloud.microsoft เพราะตัวนี้มี Enterprise Data Protection ข้อมูลบริษัทไม่เสี่ยงหลุดไปไหน ขณะที่ Copilot ธรรมดาที่เป็น personal use (ตัวที่ไม่มีคำว่า 365) จะไม่ได้ปลอดภัยสำหรับ corporate data เท่า ส่วนพระเอกของวันนี้คือ Copilot Studio ซึ่งเป็นอีกโปรดักต์หนึ่งที่แยกออกมาเลย เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับสร้าง Agent และ Workflow ค่ะ

สร้าง Agent: ตั้งชื่อ ให้ instruction ติดสกิล ต่อเครื่องมือ

ยุคนี้เป็นยุคของ AI Agent ค่ะ แนวคิดคือ AI ทั่วไปมันไม่ได้เก่งเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่งเป็นพิเศษ แต่เรา specialize มันได้ เช่น เธอคนนี้เป็น Marketing Planner ช่วยวางแผนคอนเทนต์ เธอคนนี้เป็นดีไซเนอร์เอาคอนเทนต์ไปทำให้สวย เธอคนนี้เป็นรีวิวเวอร์คอยเช็กว่าตรงกับ brand identity ไหม การแยกงานเป็น 3 agent แบบนี้ทำให้แต่ละสเต็ปทำงานได้ดีขึ้น ใน Copilot Studio เราสร้าง agent ได้จากหน้า Home เลย ตั้งชื่อ ให้ instruction ว่าเธอเป็นใคร แล้วก็ติดสกิลให้น้องได้ด้วย ซึ่งสกิลก็คล้ายกับ skill.md ของ AI ค่ายอื่น คือ instruction แบบยาว เขียนเป็นสเต็ป 1 2 3 พร้อม example แปะทิ้งไว้ให้น้องใช้ค่ะ

ด้วยความเป็น Microsoft น้องต่อเข้ากับเครื่องมือในบ้านได้หมด ทั้ง Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive และ Excel เช่น มีรายชื่อสินค้ากับราคาขายเป็น Excel ก็จิ้มให้ agent ฝ่าย Customer Service เข้าไปดูราคาได้เลย นอกจากนี้ยังต่อ MCP (Model Context Protocol) ได้ ซึ่งตอนนี้ยังมีให้เลือกไม่เยอะเพราะเพิ่งเปิดตัว แต่น่าจะทยอยมาเพิ่ม รวมถึงต่อ connector ภายนอกอย่าง Box และแปะ Knowledge ได้ทั้งจากเว็บและความรู้ภายในที่เก็บใน SharePoint หรือ OneDrive ค่ะ

เลือกโมเดลยังไง: GPT หรือ Claude, Chat หรือ Reasoning

ตอนนี้เลือกโมเดลได้ทั้งฝั่ง GPT (ตั้งแต่ 4.1 ถึง 5.1) และฝั่ง Claude (Sonnet และ Opus) ถ้าถามว่าเลือกค่ายไหน อันนี้แล้วแต่ความชอบเลย ไม่ได้รู้สึกต่างมาก สิ่งที่ยากกว่าคือไส้ข้างใน ว่าจะเอาแบบ chat หรือ reasoning ดี หลักคิดง่าย ๆ คือ chat ตอบเร็ว reasoning คิดนานแต่ลึกกว่า ส่วน 4.1 คือ quick analysis ที่เร็วกว่านั้นอีก การทำ AI เราชั่งน้ำหนักกัน 2 ตัวเสมอ คือขนาดโมเดล (ยิ่งใหญ่ performance ยิ่งดี) กับต้นทุนและเวลา (ยิ่งดีก็ยิ่งช้าและเปลือง) ต้องเลือกให้เหมาะกับงานค่ะ

Workflow: ตัวว้าวที่แทบจะแทน Power Automate

สร้าง agent เสร็จแล้วเอาไปทำอะไรต่อได้บ้าง? ยัดเข้าไปใน Teams ก็ได้ เอามาแชทคุยตรง ๆ ก็ได้ ดูสถิติได้ว่ามีใครใช้เยอะแค่ไหน และที่ว้าวสุดคือเอาไปยัดใน Workflow ได้ค่ะ หน้าตา Workflow ใครเคยใช้ Power Automate หรือ n8n จะคุ้นเลย คือสร้างงานเป็นสเต็ป 1 2 3 โดยเลือก trigger ได้ว่าจะเป็น manual, recurrence (รันตามตารางทุกวันทุกสัปดาห์), ต่อจาก connection อื่น หรือ HTTP webhook ในคลิปลินลองสร้าง workflow ที่ให้ agent (เลือกโมเดล Sonnet) เข้าไปดูว่าใน Microsoft Planner มี task อะไรบ้าง แล้วเขียนสรุปส่งอีเมลมาให้ ผลคือน้องส่งมาจริง แม้ format จะยังไม่ค่อยสวยและใช้ไปสักพักก็ติด user limit แต่เห็นภาพชัดว่ามันทำได้จริงค่ะ

สรุปในมุมคนทำงานจริง

Copilot Studio ตัวใหม่ใช้ง่ายกว่าเดิมมาก ฝั่งการสร้าง agent จริง ๆ เป็น capability เก่าที่ทำให้ง่ายขึ้นและ powerful ขึ้น แต่ตัวที่ว้าวจริงคือ Workflow ที่แทบจะมาแทน Power Automate ได้เลย ใครอยู่ในองค์กรที่ใช้ Microsoft 365 อยู่แล้ว ไปลองเล่น Copilot Studio กันได้เลยค่ะ

As of June 2026, Microsoft has shipped a major Copilot update, and the new Copilot Studio genuinely redeems the old version’s reputation. Lin walks through the Copilot family, then builds an Agent and a Workflow — the feature that could nearly replace Power Automate. (Summarized from the Lin Davoy channel.)

The Copilot family at a glance

Some history: when GPT first came out, Microsoft licensed it and dressed it up as Microsoft Copilot — a chat you can talk to like ChatGPT. If your company already runs Microsoft 365 or Teams, use Copilot 365 at m365.cloud.microsoft: it comes with Enterprise Data Protection, so corporate data stays safe. The regular personal-use Copilot (the one without “365”) is not as safe for corporate data. Today’s star, though, is Copilot Studio — a separate product for building Agents and Workflows.

Building an Agent: instructions, skills, and connections

This is the era of AI agents. A general AI is not specialized in anything, but you can specialize it: one agent is your Marketing Planner, another is the Designer who makes the content beautiful, a third is the Reviewer checking brand identity. Splitting the job into three agents makes each step better. In Copilot Studio you create an agent from the Home page: name it, give it instructions about who it is, and attach skills — much like a skill.md in other AI tools: a longer instruction written as steps with examples, pasted in for the agent to follow.

Being Microsoft, it connects to the whole house: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel. For example, point your customer-service agent at the Excel file holding your product list and prices. It also supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors — the catalog is small since it just launched but should grow — plus external connectors like Box, and knowledge sources from websites or internal SharePoint and OneDrive content.

Choosing a model: GPT or Claude, chat or reasoning

You can now pick models from both camps: GPT (4.1 through 5.1) and Claude (Sonnet and Opus). Which camp is mostly personal preference — the harder choice is chat versus reasoning. Chat variants answer fast; reasoning variants think long and answer slowly but more deeply; 4.1 is the quick-analysis speedster. In AI you are always weighing two things: model capability (bigger performs better) against cost and time (better means slower and pricier). Choose to fit the task.

Workflow: the wow feature that rivals Power Automate

Once your agent exists, you can drop it into Teams, chat with it directly, and monitor usage. Best of all, you can embed it in a Workflow. If you have used Power Automate or n8n, the interface will feel familiar: step-by-step flows with your choice of trigger — manual, recurrence on a schedule, chained from another connection, or an HTTP webhook. In the demo Lin built a workflow where an agent (running Sonnet) checks her tasks in Microsoft Planner and emails her a summary. It really sent the email — the formatting was rough and she eventually hit a user limit, but the picture is clear: it works.

The practical verdict

The new Copilot Studio is far easier to use than before. Agent building is an old capability made smoother and more powerful, but Workflow is the genuine wow — close to a Power Automate replacement. If your organization already lives in Microsoft 365, go play with Copilot Studio.
