🇹🇭 สร้างโปรแกรมบัญชีเสร็จใน 1 วัน ด้วย Claude Code

คลิปนี้จะพามาดูการสร้างโปรแกรมบัญชีให้เสร็จใน 1 วัน ด้วย Claude Code ค่ะ จุดเริ่มต้นคือเมื่อไม่กี่วันก่อน Anthropic เพิ่ง launch โมเดลตัวใหม่ชื่อ Claude Fable ซึ่งว่ากันว่าเป็นตัวที่โหดที่สุดของทีมพัฒนา Claude — เขาเปรียบว่าเหมือนเอาโมเดลระดับท็อปมา “ใส่การ์ดเรล” ไม่ให้ทำเรื่องอันตรายอย่าง Cyber Security หรือ Bio แล้วปล่อยให้เราใช้ใน Claude ทั่วไป ใครเปิดดูตอนนี้จะเห็น Fable 5 เพิ่มเข้ามาจาก Opus 4.8 นะคะ พอดีเดือนที่แล้วใช้ Cowork เยอะจนโควตาเต็มบ่อย เลย subscribe แผน $100 ไป ซึ่งจังหวะดีมากเพราะได้ทั้ง Fable และ double usage ที่แถมมา ก็เลยถือโอกาสจับน้องมาทดลองโจทย์จริงเลย (สรุปจากคลิปของช่อง Lin Davoy)

ทำไมถึงอยากเขียนโปรแกรมบัญชีเอง

ปัจจุบันใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีอยู่ 2 ตัว ตัวแรกคือ SMEMOVE ใช้กับบริษัทขายของเล่นมายาว ๆ ดีนะคะ แต่มี pain point ตรง Business Logic บางอย่างที่โปรแกรมไม่รองรับ เช่นการขายส่งแบบฝากขาย (consignment) ส่วนอีกตัวที่ใช้กับ Davoy คือ PEAK ซึ่งไม่ผิดอะไรเลย ดีมากด้วยซ้ำ แต่โปรแกรมที่ถูกทำมาให้ทุกคนใช้ ย่อมมีฟังก์ชันเยอะเกินที่เราไม่ต้องใช้ และขาดฟังก์ชันที่เราอยากได้ เช่น ถ่ายรูปใบเสร็จแล้วอัปเดตค่าใช้จ่ายลงระบบเลยได้ไหม? ก็เลยรู้สึกว่า เออ มันน่าจะลองเขียนเองได้นะ — ขอกาดอกจันไว้ก่อนว่าไม่ได้แปลว่าทุกคนควรเอาไปเขียนเองนะคะ เดี๋ยวตอนท้ายจะสรุปข้อจำกัดให้ฟัง

ผลลัพธ์: โปรแกรมบัญชีเกือบครบวงจรใน 1 วัน

สิ่งที่ได้ออกมาคือโปรแกรมบัญชีที่สแกนใบเสร็จได้ มีรายรับ-รายจ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี ดูได้ว่าคิดเงินใครไปเท่าไหร่ รอเงินจากใครอยู่ จ่ายอะไรให้ใครไปบ้าง มีการบันทึกเดินบัญชี พิมพ์ออกมาเป็น PDF ได้ มีรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ สินค้า การเงิน งบทดลอง ไปจนถึงงบกำไรขาดทุน เรียกว่าแทบจะครบเครื่องโปรแกรมบัญชีเลย และความโหดคือโครงทั้งหมดนี้ Claude Code เขียนจบใน 1 วันจริง ๆ รวมถึงการไมเกรตข้อมูลจาก PEAK เข้ามาด้วย (แต่ไม่ได้แปลว่าไม่มีบั๊กนะ — บั๊กยังเยอะอยู่ค่ะ)

ขั้นตอนจริง: ใช้ Cowork เป็นสปาย + Claude Code เป็นช่างก่อสร้าง

วิธีการคือใช้ 2 ตัวช่วยกันค่ะ เริ่มจากสร้างโปรเจกต์/โฟลเดอร์ชื่อ Accounting Software ให้งานไม่กระจัดกระจาย จากนั้นสั่ง Claude Cowork ให้เข้าเว็บ PEAK ที่เราล็อกอินไว้อยู่แล้ว ไป list requirement และฟังก์ชันทั้งหมดของโปรแกรม เก็บลง sub folder พร้อมโหลด sample output ของเอกสารต่าง ๆ มาด้วย ข้อดีของ Cowork คือน้องใช้เว็บเบราว์เซอร์ของเราได้ เลยเป็น “สปาย” ที่ดีมาก (side note: เคยลองให้เข้าเว็บธนาคาร KBIZ เพื่อโหลดสลิปเงินเดือน น้องบอกว่าโดนการ์ดเรลเรื่อง Finance เข้าไม่ได้ แต่งาน Accounting ระดับนี้ยังทำได้) และด้วยความที่มี 2 บัญชี ก็สั่งขนานกันไปเลยให้อีกตัวไปเก็บ requirement ของ SMEMOVE — สั่งไว้ตอนเช้าแล้วไปสอนหนังสือ กลับมาช่วงพักเที่ยงค่อยเช็กว่าข้อมูลครบไหม ซึ่งไม่ใช่บรีฟเดียวจบนะคะ มีการทักเพิ่ม ถามตอบ ไป-กลับอยู่พอสมควร

พอได้ข้อมูลทั้ง 2 โปรแกรมแล้ว ก็ให้ Cowork ทำ Feature Comparison ออกมาเป็น HTML สวยงามว่าแต่ละตัวทำอะไรได้-ไม่ได้ แล้วช่วยเขียน requirement ของซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่ รวมถึงเขียนบรีฟด้าน UX/UI และ Design Principle ให้ด้วย จากนั้นถึงตาของ Claude Code — เปิดโฟลเดอร์เดียวกัน บอกว่า requirement พร้อมแล้ว ช่วยเขียนให้หน่อย น้องก็เริ่มแพลนด้วย Fable (ฮา ๆ คือพอทำไปครึ่งทางน้องจับได้ว่าเป็นเรื่องการเงิน เลยแอบสลับโมเดลกลับเองด้วย) แล้วก็เขียน ๆๆ ออกมา ส่วนการไมเกรตข้อมูล ตอนแรกลองก๊อปวางจาก UI ไม่ค่อยเวิร์ก เลยเปลี่ยนท่าเป็น export จาก PEAK ส่งเข้า Gmail แล้วต่อ Gmail ให้น้องโหลดไฟล์มา ingest เอง — นั่นคือที่มาของข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ รายรับ รายจ่ายเกือบทั้งหมดในระบบ

ข้อจำกัดที่ต้องกาดอกจัน และใครที่เหมาะกับท่านี้

ถ้าจะพาดหัวให้แฟร์คือ “สร้างโปรแกรมบัญชีเสร็จใน 1 วัน (แต่บั๊กเยอะมากนะจ๊ะ)” — AI ช่วยโค้ดให้เร็วจริง แต่การไล่แก้บั๊กและตรวจทานงานทำให้งานงอกและกินเวลาเหมือนกันค่ะ ถึงอย่างนั้นก็รู้สึกว่าเป็นเครื่องมือที่น่าใช้มาก โดยเฉพาะถ้า Business Logic ของเราต่างจากชาวบ้าน เช่น โปรแกรมที่มีอยู่ไม่รองรับการฝากขาย เน้นขายบริการแล้วระบบชอบเอ๋อ ไม่รองรับหลายสกุลเงิน หรืออยากได้ auto reconcile — ฟังก์ชันเฉพาะแบบนี้จะรอให้ผู้พัฒนาทำให้ทุกคนคงไม่ไหว ในมุมคนทำงานจริง ถ้าจ่าย Claude เดือนละราว 3,000 บาท แล้วประหยัดทั้งค่าโปรแกรมบัญชีและเวลาทำงานได้ ก็ถือว่าคุ้มไม่น้อย และไม่ใช่แค่ Claude นะคะ — Codex หรือ Gemini ก็น่าจะทำอะไรใกล้เคียงกันได้ ปีนี้เป็นปีแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงของซอฟต์แวร์จริง ๆ ค่ะ

🇬🇧 Building an Accounting App in One Day with Claude Code

This episode walks through building a working accounting program in a single day with Claude Code. The trigger: Anthropic just released Claude Fable — described as their most capable model, essentially a top-tier model wrapped in guardrails (no cyber-security or bio misuse) and released for everyday Claude use. You will now see Fable 5 alongside Opus 4.8 in the model picker. Having just upgraded to the $100 Max plan (heavy Cowork usage kept hitting limits — and the plan came with double usage), it was the perfect excuse to throw a real problem at it. (Summarized from a video on the Lin Davoy channel.)

Why build your own accounting software?

I run two accounting tools today: SMEMOVE for the toy business — solid, but it cannot handle consignment wholesale logic — and PEAK for Davoy, which is genuinely excellent but, like any software built for everyone, has too many functions I never touch and lacks the ones I wish existed (like snapping a photo of a receipt and having the expense logged automatically). So: could I just build my own? (Asterisk: this does not mean you should — limitations at the end.)

The result, and the workflow

The one-day output: receipt scanning, income and expenses, invoices and tax invoices, receivables and payables, a ledger, PDF export, contacts, products, trial balance, and a P&L statement — nearly a complete accounting suite, including data migrated from PEAK. The workflow used two agents. Claude Cowork played the spy: browsing the PEAK web app (already logged in) to catalogue every feature and requirement into a project folder with sample documents, while a second account did the same for SMEMOVE in parallel. It then produced an HTML feature comparison, a requirements document for the new software, and a UX/UI design brief. Claude Code then took the same folder and built everything — planning first on Fable, amusingly switching models itself midway once it noticed the finance context. For migration, copy-paste from the UI did not work well, so the play was: export from PEAK, send to Gmail, connect Gmail, and let the agent download and ingest the files itself.

The honest verdict

A fair headline would be: “built an accounting program in one day (with plenty of bugs)”. The AI writes code fast, but debugging and reviewing its work adds real time back. Still, this approach shines when your business logic is unusual — consignment sales, service-heavy billing, multi-currency, auto-reconciliation — features no mass-market vendor will build just for you. If roughly 3,000 THB/month of Claude replaces your accounting software fees and hours of manual work, that math is worth running. And this is not Claude-exclusive: Codex or Gemini could likely do something similar. This really is the year software changes.
