🇹🇭 Claude Cowork (Part 2): ใช้งานจริงกับ Project, Skill และ Schedule

ต่อจาก Part 1 ที่เราคุยกันว่า Claude คืออะไรและมีโหมดไหนบ้าง คราวนี้มาดูตัวที่เราประทับใจที่สุดในตอนนี้กันค่ะ นั่นคือ Claude Cowork — โหมดที่ให้น้อง Claude จับคอมพิวเตอร์ของเราแล้วลงมือทำงานแทนเราจริงๆ (สรุปจากคลิปของช่อง Lin Davoy)

Cowork คืออะไร ต่างจากสคริปต์อัตโนมัติยังไง

Cowork ทำงานได้ 2 ระดับ คือระดับที่ใช้เครื่องมือเฉพาะอย่าง Excel หรือ Web Browser และระดับที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของเราทั้งเครื่องเลย จุดที่ต่างจากการเขียนสคริปต์ Python หรือ RPA แบบเดิมคือ ถ้าสคริปต์เจอหน้า Login หรือ CAPTCHA มันจะตายไปเลย แต่ Cowork จะกระโดดกลับมาถามเราว่า “พี่คะ หนูเจอตรงนี้ ต้องทำยังไงคะ” เราก็แค่ไปล็อกอินหรือแก้ CAPTCHA ให้ แล้วน้องก็ทำงานต่อได้ มันจึงไม่ใช่การสั่งครั้งเดียวจบ แต่เป็นการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างเรากับ AI ค่ะ

เช็คลิสต์ก่อนเริ่มใช้ Cowork

ในมุมคนทำงานจริง งานที่เหมาะกับ Cowork คืองานที่เราบรีฟได้เหมือนบรีฟน้องฝึกงานหนึ่งคน ลองเช็ค 3 ข้อนี้ก่อนเริ่มค่ะ หนึ่ง งานมีขั้นตอน 1-2-3-4-5 ที่ชัดเจนไหม ถ้าเขียนออกมาได้ครบ งานนั้นเหมาะมาก สอง วาดรูปหรือระบุให้ชัดว่าอยากได้อะไร เช่น “เอาคอลัมน์ 5 จากตารางนี้ไปใส่ตารางนั้น” ยิ่งชัดยิ่งดี และสาม Set up โฟลเดอร์โปรเจคให้ดี แยกให้ชัดว่าอันไหนคือ Input อันไหนคือ Output ไฟล์ต้องไปเอาจากไหน เอาไปวางที่ไหน ถ้าปล่อยให้ทุกอย่างกองรวมกันในโฟลเดอร์เดียวทั้งข้อมูลทั้งสกิล งานจะกระจัดกระจายมั่วไปหมดค่ะ

ข้อควรระวัง 3 ข้อ

ข้อแรก อย่าใช้กับงานการเงินที่แก้ไขย้อนหลังไม่ได้ เช่น การกดโอนเงินหรือแก้ข้อมูลในระบบสำคัญ ข้อสอง น้องมี AI Hallucination คือมั่วได้แบบมั่นใจมาก ตอบมาดูมีเหตุมีผลแต่ไม่ใช่ความจริง และข้อสาม ซึ่งตามมาจากข้อสองคือ เราต้องตรวจงานน้องทุกครั้ง การมาถึงของ Cowork เปลี่ยนบทบาทเราจากคนลงมือทำ มาเป็นคนตรวจงานที่ AI ทำ โดยเฉพาะงานแอดมินหลายๆ อย่าง ถ้าให้ทีมแอดมินใช้ Cowork เป็น ชีวิตทั้งทีมจะดีขึ้นมากค่ะ

ตัวอย่างงานจริงที่ Cowork ทำได้

ตัวอย่างเวิร์กโฟลว์ที่ใช้จริงในคลิป: ให้น้องล็อกอินเข้าเว็บไปดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ PDF สองไฟล์ แล้ว Extract ข้อมูลออกมารวมเป็น Excel ไฟล์เดียวพร้อมยอด Total จากนั้นชื่อสินค้าที่โหลดมาจากเว็บลูกค้ากับชื่อในระบบเราไม่ตรงกัน ก็สั่งให้น้อง VLOOKUP จับคู่ให้ชนกัน แล้วเอาข้อมูลไปกรอกใบเติมสต๊อกตาม Format ที่ลูกค้าใช้สั่ง PO รวมถึงเช็คสต๊อกจากหลายๆ ที่มาประกอบกันก่อนเติมของหน้าห้าง งานประเภทแปลง PDF เป็น Excel โหลดไฟล์จากเว็บ จับข้อมูลมาชนกัน น้องเอาอยู่ค่อนข้างสบายเลยค่ะ

Project — บ้านของงานแต่ละเรื่อง

Project คือกระเป๋าหรือโฟลเดอร์ที่เราทำงานด้วย ใน 1 โปรเจคมีได้หลาย Task หลายแชท และตั้ง Schedule ได้ด้วย วิธีสร้างก็แค่กด New Project แล้วเลือกโฟลเดอร์ที่ต้องการ ข้อดีคือแชททั้งหมดของงานเรื่องเดียวกันจะอยู่รวมกันเป็นที่เป็นทาง ไม่กระจายไปทั่วค่ะ

Skill — เก็บขั้นตอนที่ทำบ่อยไว้ใช้ซ้ำ

พอเราทำงานอะไรสักอย่างกับน้องจนจบแล้ว สั่งได้เลยว่า “Save as skill” น้องจะเขียนขั้นตอนทั้งหมดที่เราทำไปเก็บเป็นสกิล และถ้าระหว่างทางเราเคยแก้งานน้องตรงไหน น้องก็จะจดไว้ด้วยว่าต้องระวังอะไร สกิลทั้งหมดดูได้ที่เมนู Customize > Skills ค่ะ เวลาจะใช้ก็เรียกชื่อสกิลได้เลย หรือถ้าจำไม่ได้ว่าสกิลไหนทำอะไร ก็ถามน้องว่า “explain this” ได้ เวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดยังส่งออกเป็นไฟล์ .skill เพื่อเอาไป Import เข้าเครื่องอื่นได้ด้วย โดยไปที่ Customize > Skills กดปุ่มบวก Create skill แล้วอัปโหลดไฟล์เข้าไป งานไหนที่ทำซ้ำบ่อยๆ เช่น ไปดาวน์โหลด Order จาก BigSeller ทุกเดือน เก็บเป็นสกิลทิ้งไว้เลยคุ้มมากค่ะ

Schedule — ให้งานรันเองตามรอบ

พองานเสร็จแล้วบอกน้องต่อได้เลยว่า “Schedule task ให้หน่อย” งานจะไปโผล่ในเมนู Schedule และรันอัตโนมัติตามรอบที่ตั้งไว้ จากเดิมที่ทำได้แค่ Weekly ตอนนี้ตั้งเป็น Monthly ได้แล้ว เช่น ให้เช็คราคาหุ้นทุกชั่วโมงแล้วแจ้งเตือนเมื่อขึ้นหรือลง ข้อควรจำสำคัญคือ Cowork รันบนคอมของเรา ถ้าปิดเครื่อง น้องก็รันไม่ได้ (เป็นที่มาของมีมคนถือโน้ตบุ๊กไม่ยอมพับจอ เพราะน้องกำลังทำงานอยู่) เพราะฉะนั้นงาน Routine รายสัปดาห์รายเดือนที่ Process เหมือนเดิมทุกรอบ แค่ต้องโหลดไฟล์ แปะไฟล์ VLOOKUP ข้อมูล — ถ้า Set up ดีๆ Cowork ทำแทนได้เกือบหมดเลยค่ะ

สรุป

Cowork คือการให้ Claude ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของเราทำงานคู่กับเรา ไม่ใช่แค่ทำแทน — เจอปัญหาน้องจะถามก่อน เราสร้าง Project เป็นบ้านให้แต่ละงาน เก็บชุดคำสั่งที่ใช้บ่อยเป็น Skill และตั้งงานซ้ำๆ รายสัปดาห์รายเดือนเป็น Schedule ได้ มันคือ RPA ที่ไม่ตายกลางทาง ในมุมคนทำงานจริง งานรูทีนน่าเบื่อทั้งหลายคือจุดที่ Cowork ตอบโจทย์ที่สุดค่ะ ตอนต่อไปจะพาไปดูว่าถ้าจะย้าย Cowork ไปเครื่องอื่นต้องทำยังไง และใช้ Cowork ใน Excel ได้แค่ไหน

🇬🇧 Claude Cowork (Part 2): Hands-on with Projects, Skills and Schedules

Following Part 1 (what Claude is and its different modes), this episode covers the feature I am most impressed with right now: Claude Cowork — the mode where Claude takes over your computer and actually does the work. Summarized from the Lin Davoy channel.

What is Cowork and how is it different from scripts?

Cowork operates on two levels: using specific tools (Excel, a web browser) or driving your whole computer. The key difference from Python scripts or classic RPA: when a script hits a login page or a CAPTCHA, it simply dies. Cowork jumps back and asks you, “I hit this — what should I do?” You log in or solve the CAPTCHA, and it carries on. It is not a fire-and-forget command; it is genuine collaboration between you and the AI.

Checklist before you start

Treat Cowork like briefing an intern. First, can you write the job down as clear steps 1-2-3-4-5? If yes, it is a great fit. Second, spell out (or sketch) exactly what you want — “take column 5 from this table and put it in that one.” Third, set up your project folder properly: which files are input, which are output, where files come from and where they go. If data, outputs and skills all pile up in one folder, everything turns into a mess.

Three cautions

One: never use it for irreversible financial actions like transferring money or editing critical systems. Two: AI hallucination is real — Claude can be confidently wrong, giving answers that sound perfectly logical but are not true. Three (which follows from two): always review its work. Cowork shifts your role from doing the work to checking the work — especially powerful for admin-heavy tasks.

A real workflow example

From the video: log in to a customer website, download two PDF billing files, extract them into a single Excel with totals, then — because product names from the customer site do not match our own system — VLOOKUP the two lists against each other, and finally fill in a stock-refill form in the customer’s PO format, cross-checking stock levels from three or four different places. Anything involving PDF-to-Excel, downloading from websites and matching data across files, Cowork handles comfortably.

Projects, Skills and Schedules

A Project is the bag (folder) your work lives in — multiple tasks and chats per project, so nothing scatters. A Skill is a saved procedure: after finishing a job, just say “save as skill” and Claude writes down every step, including the corrections you made along the way. Skills live under Customize > Skills, and the latest version exports a .skill file you can import on another machine (Customize > Skills > + Create skill > upload). A Schedule makes a task auto-run on a recurring basis — now monthly as well as weekly. One caveat: Cowork runs on your machine, so the computer must stay on.

Verdict

Cowork is RPA that does not die mid-run: it works with you, asks when stuck, and remembers your procedures as Skills. If you have boring weekly or monthly routines — download this, paste that, match these files — set it up well once and Cowork takes almost all of it off your plate.
